Adminiy Ltd was established back in 2010 by Kim Stevens an Accredited Bookkeeper who has 25 years experience at an Executive level across a number of sectors and roles. Kim worked in large organisations alongside CEO’s and MD’s within the Engineering and Rail infrastructure sectors including Retail, Commercial, Sales & Marketing and Leadership Development. Adminiy has now established fantastic business relationships with CEO’s and MD’s across a variety of Business Sectors.

Adminiy can lead on complex financial projects, business change programmes & large administration functions.

Adminiy has since grown and become a hub of services for Businesses across a variety of sectors but the common factor with all it’s clients is that Adminiy creates some space to ‘breathe’.

Kim Stevens

Director


Kim is an Accredited Bookkeeper with over 25 years’ experience at executive level across a number of sectors and roles including Retail, Commercial, Sales & Marketing and Leadership Development. Using her experience after working in large originations alongside CEO’s and MD’s she founded KMS (Swindon) Ltd back in 2010.

Kim achieved her International Association of Bookkeepers accreditation in 2013 and hopes to achieve AAT in Accounting Certification next year. Her specialities are: Expert Bookkeeping and Financial support, all areas of Executive Administration Support and Client Management, QMS and ISO, Project Management and Process Control.

Rosie Semaj

Tax And Property Specialist


Rosie Semaj FCA CTA is both a Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant, with 26 years experience. She speaks regularly at events, about property tax issues. Having run a successful property business for many years, she realised there were very few accountants that specialised in, and who understood the complex tax issues unique to real estate. She spent 5 years as a senior audit manager at a top 50 accountancy firm in the city.

She then specialised in taxation for high networth individuals, property investors and owner managed business, before starting her private practice, UK Tax Simplified – specialising in helping people with property businesses to save tax.

Sarah

Accountant and HR Specialist


Sarah joined KMS in March 19 and brought with her an extension knowledge of Business and Finance Administration from her role in the army of 28.5 years as Military Accountant/HR Specialist.

She also has 3 years under her belt working for the Civil Services managing leave calculations. She is currently studying her AAT Level 3 and hopes to gain full accreditation in July 2019.

Jasmine King

Business Admin (Apprentice)


Jasmine joined the business as a school leaver in 2016 and is now working on her Apprenticeship – Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration. Her role includes PA to Kim and supporting the office team. She will continue to further train in Bookkeeping. Her specialities are: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Diary Management, Research, Travel bookings and Call Management.

Laura Radcliffe

Financial Accountant Consultant


Laura is CIMA qualified and achieved this whilst working in the industry progressing from Accounts Assistant to Financial Controller. She has worked with all levels of management and following the arrival of her second child, she decided to return to work and is assisting small business’s with their book keeping requirements whilst implementing new processes and systems in order to help management with improved reporting and to aid the decision making process.
